Misrepresentaion from moving companies

#1 they misrepresented themselves as having their own trucks & drivers#2 they have no control over the move. Even though they want you to believe they do! They are a middle man. Once contacted by the moving company, I was told to call them & not Nationwide#3 After they get their money thry become patronizing & have no solutions to any issues. They control nothing other than themselves & even then one department does't talk to another department#4 Never use an intermediary company that subcontracts all of it's work.in the moving business this should be considered near fatal & will make for a nightmare of a moving experience
