Piss Poor or No Service!

Placed order on 1/30. Rec'd prompt email note that order to ship no later than 2/7. Began to call and email soon thereafter to determine status. No return calls or emails. When tried to use their provided order status link it kept saying "no such order existed". They sure charged the ccard quickly enough. Unfortunately I then read the hundreds of documented complaints about this crappy company. I had my ccard company begin the refund and recover process on my behalf. Do not ever use this rip-off company. I have never heard back from CarID yet.
