Horrible Service

I live in uptown Manhattan (Washington Heights) my local USPS post office is always claiming that they leave notices in the mailbox, which they never do! Then, when you go to pick up a package they want to give you a difficult time about not having the notice. Blame whoever was sent to deliver, it doesn't take much to leave a notice on someone’s mailbox... Specially when the time is not taken to check if the person is even home which conveniently they were the WHOLE DAYYYYYYYY... Can someone say laziness???

On top of this, there is no Spanish speaking customer service representative that can help someone that doesn’t speak or barely understands English…where is this post office located again UPTOWN MANHATTAN!!! Wouldn’t it be convenient to have Spanish-speaking representatives? I am so over getting packages delivered in this post office. I am making sure that when something is ordered online it is not going to be sent to this location!!! They give a bad name to customer service…they need to train their employees consistently. One employee can’t tell you one thing and then an hour later the policy suddenly changed. This post office gives a bad name and reputation to USPS.
