I.S. A called me to work on there R/V, because they were closing there Branson, Mo. Office. Their coach was in horrible shape eletrical wise. No tail lights or rear lighting at all, it also had multiple coolant leaks. They also wanted a oil change and service performed.
I set the appointment up, and got the approval via e-mail from Gary Fjelstad, Vice President / General Manager. After a week had gone by, they got me a deposit on parts. During the service I noticed the coach had no rear lighting and called I.S.A. To inform them of the situation, and they authorised the repair.
I worked, in the cold, through the Christmas and New Year holidays so they could meet their schedule, only to be paid for the parts that the job required. They left town, and when I asked for payment for my labor, (that I sent a quote for, and they approved it), they accussed me of not performing the services and requested to see my reciepts where I purchased theparts to fix the coach.
I have sent multiple e-mails and have recieved nothing but the "run-around and lies".
I would suggest anyone who decides to do buisness with this company, to get paid first, and do not give them perfessional courtacy, because they will take advantage of you.
