I purchased a leather belt from coach and was told that it came with alifetime warranty. The belt holes ripped from one to the next until theholes became a slot no longer holding up my pants. I sent it to Coachfor repair or replacement. It was returned untouched along with aletter stating that " after careful evaluation, our craftsmen havedetermined that we are unable to repair your item". The letter goes onto say " In addition to returning your original item to you, we wouldlike to offer you a 40% discount on your next COACH U.S. Purchase of anitem".

First, they cheated me on the belt quality ($100.00), then they liedabout a lifetime warranty, and now I'm out the time and money sendingthe belt back. Why would I ever buy another product from COACH at anydiscount? Beware buying any COACH item these people are crooks.
