My 3 year nightmare with Kia

Our Kia Sorento includes a 150000 km Guarantee. Consequently of the defective back set axel, I Have been educated by 2 specialized positioning centers that positioning can't be done because of the defective rear mounted axel that's to become fixed by Honda. Be aware this issue is conflicting after almost three years.

The Service Manager at Honda Kempton realized this can be a legitimate state and it has completed his extreme best by delivering all files of evidence, pictures, positioning reviews to Honda's Hq. No surprise Service Supervisors come and proceed because they dont obtain the assistance from Honda's hq.

I am surprised that Bronwyn vd Merwe addresses the client care division. I had been educated from the support supervisor to get hold of her at customer service, She never responded back again to me.

With the assistance in the Kempton Service Supervisor and Specialized team this is just a legitimate state, Honda Southafrica has declined the claim with no justification.

Because Of consequential damages to all tyres (such as the extra) were broken on around. 30 000km because of the turn over a-2,5-year time.

I would recommend all disappointed clients to check out me and proceed the Authorized Method!
