Ripoff! Faulty ABS and suspension system. Torrance

Cars & Transport

American Honda sent a recall notice regarding their faulty ABS system for their 1998 and 1999 Honda Passports. Upon braking on wet and bumpy surfaces, the brakes disengage the car travel several feet before coming to a stop. The truck also moves from side to side when applying the brakes on bumpy surfaces

I believe this happened during my accident in 2002. Upon braking the car reared into rush hour traffic and my truck was hit in the back, shattering all the glass. I was taken to the hospital, required to go to physical therapy, etc.

Since this time, I have found other owners who have experience the same occurrence. One lady had her vehicle flip over after applying the brakes.

If Honda, and I'm sure they did, knew of the faulty ABS system and suspension problem, why did they wait until 2003 to mail the recall notice? They have stop making that vehicle.
