We purchased a late-model Mercedes in March for $26k money. We also purchased a 100k distance exteded guarantee having a $100 deductable. The vehicle had organized problems the moment it had been shipped. We've had over $3000 in repairs completed within the first 3 months. We got it for them five times for support plus they couldn't repair it. We ultimately got it to some Mercedes Seller and first got it mounted. We're outofpocket $1050 and Spanos might care less. The homeowners Vic and Alex are also spineless to actually talk with us as well as their puppet, Jeff Jordan is incompetant.
