I had an accident with kia cerato and the air bag didn't open

Okay, I actually donot trust honda any more. My sibling had a collision couple of days ago. And he absolutely would die, and you know what the controls air-bag did not start! Yes it did not start 'he simply lasted since he leaped about the next chair within the last moments, whoa. I've pictures if somebody is involved.

The vehicle i was operating was kia cerato design 2010. The insurance provider that I am with said on a single problem, therefore I-donot understand what to do. I. Think I've togo officially and I spoke with my lower about this, and I-donot understand how to deliver my criticism to honda.
