Ripoff by taking payment unauthorized after loan was paid off

In Nov. 03 I refinanced my loan, after receiving a document stating my lean-release on on my durango. From day one of my loan with Chrysler I had my payment electronicly takin out of my checking account. After receiving notice from by bank of a overdraft charge (one on many to come) I found out that Chrysler Financial took a extra payment of 390.12 out of my account.

After realizing this and knowing that they had already been paid in full for my loan my husband attempted to call them. This of many of many phone calls we made we were told every time, "The check was issued back and was put in the mail that morning." After several weeks have passed and with many phone calls made, we still have not received my money back!

Also receiving four overdraft charges to my account I was also told that there was nothing they could do about this. Legally they had no right to pull that money from my account and had also sent a letter stating to me effictive immediately the AUTO-PAY payment had been discontinued. No kidding, I had already had my durango refinanced. I just want my money back!
