Oil leak since receiving bike

It's really a disgrace an individual buys a fresh bicycle 06-01 and he's issues with a gas flow because he purchased, has been around the shop three times and still gets the same issue. Perhaps you must have greater technician's my son bought this bicycle cuz his dad screwed him from his bicycle given that they have the same title and he took the bicycle from him. Therefore he chose to obtain a new one-but why purchase a new one when you have to keep taking the dam part of, he just visited get the bicycle recently in my truck and it leaked in my own truck and so i imagine you know he was somewhat annoyed.
