Inflated contract price by $3,419.76

Agreed to a sales price of $21,949.56.in the excitement of the purchase, I failed to scrutinize purchase order. When I got home, I noticed I had purchased the car for $25,369.32. When I contacted dealer (it took them 5 days torespond to my voicemails), they made up a story. Once I agreed to finance the car, the discussion moved from sales price to monthly payment and additional packages.

At no point did the discussion go anywhere near the purchase price of the vehicle.in my excitement to purchase the vehicle, dealer recognized the opportunity to inflate price. I unknowingly signed contract and am now stuck with a 2009 Altima when I could have purchased a 2011 Altima for the same price. I was ripped off for $3,419.76 This dealer is unscrupulous and knowingly defrauded me.
