Outsurance
Waited 2 and a half hours for a reference n

We were involved with a vehicle accident in Boksburg, on the road towards the airport, when another car knocked us! Called Outsurance directly away because they are our insurance agents, got a state nr immediately (this individual was really skilled and quick), and fortunately we've a hire car choice, we were taken up to the airport to AVIS to obtain a car, however they required a research nr from Outsurance before we are able to obtain a car... Effectively the incident happend soon after 11:00am and by 14:00 we were still waiting about the research nr!!! Each time we named the phone call center, they declare its nog logged-on the machine however which somebody may telephone us back... Here we're resting in the airport, me and my spouse traumatised of only being within an incident, with this 3-month old infant, resting for pretty much 2 hours waiting on the research nr!!! Only if my partner called for that fifth time (detailing for that fifth time), did Sylvia guarantee to contact us back the moment possible using the nr, (who would like to think her after all of the prior vacant guarantees), but within 5 minute she called back!!! (Thanks Sylvia) Why did it get 5 minute on her, but the rest of the people we talked to simply didnt bother to return to us...
