Truly disappointing with such incompetent staff

We'd a surprise this past year and had outsurance deliver some fly-by-night contractors to repair the leaking. Anyhow come Jan, we've another surprise, and you know what, it begins dripping again everywhere where they set. Therefore we telephone outsurance and after numerous calls, ultimately get somebody out who promises we didn't preserve our top, etc, if that function as the situation why repair it the very first time. We've currently closed using the contractor to begin the job since we got acceptance twice from you, today the contractor really wants to consider appropriate action against us.
