I hired an Avis vehicle after my vehicle was within an incident. 1) After being compensated $877.36 by my insurance provider, Avis charged me for $157.36, declaring the insurance company just paid $720.2) $82.51 of the cost was for an "airport charge". Used to do not get or provide the vehicle at an airport. 3) Later, I had been charged $52.25 for Avis eToll. I never approved, triggered, or applied Avis eToll. Avis customer support was unresponsive.
