Toyota
Dealer Car Misunderstanding

Cars & Transport

We bought a Toyota "Qualified Used Automobile" out of this dealer, with complete requirement that for that "quality" we paid-as the customer to get a certified used vehicle, we'd obtain a vehicle which was refurbished to Toyotais demanding requirements as defined within the 160-stage Quality Assurance Examination and "qualified" as promoted on Toyota's site.

We bought this automobile online from the dealer in NJ. Upon getting supply of the automobile, our salesperson mentioned a reduced tire-pressure warning light which was flashing. He focused us to consider the automobile to the nearby CT Toyota supplier who'd have the ability to reset the lighting.

Your local Toyota dealership examined the vehicle and unearthed that we were offered an automobile WITHOUT ANY extra tire, thus the reason behind the warning light. Upon further examination, there have been numerous additional products also recognized as section of Toyotais 160-stage accreditation which were not resolved. Obviously, without any extra tire, among different issues, we'd our regional supplier create the required repairs.

We approached the NJ seller to demand compensation for these repairs plus they have agreed to "negotiate" at roughly half our "outofpocket" costs.
