I've a large meat with this particular dealer. (Toyota aswell) This dealer continues to be performing my planned maintenance for just two years. On April 14th I got the automobile set for its 70,000 mile appointment. 3 months later I go towards the NJ DMV to obtain an examination also it fails for security factors. Wheels and wheels. I contact the dealer to ask how this could occur once the vehicle gets into for each planned service. I get perspective in the support department. And so I go towards the nearby technician who provides it-up to conformity. Of the 3 months above 10 times the automobile didn't transfer since I had been on holiday. What were they performing using the automobile given that they weren't maitaining it? I believe they owe me $ for that repairs they ought to of been performing and a reason. I delivered recorded characters towards the Dealer and HQ in California. I hear nothing.
