Pay so much and get so little

Purchased an Audi A3 2.0T Convertable from Audi Northcliff in Feb09. Vehicle was an Audi SA demonstration based on them. I had been involved with a small incident damaging the suspention, nevertheless when it was being set, the autobody shop introduced my focus on the gas pump which have been broken before, but temporarly fixed in this method when not acquired, might have triggered the automobile to capture burning. This inside it's own was a surprise considering the fact that I'd never been in an incident with this specific car before. Today, the vehicle had a need to proceed set for the cluch with only 41000km on, and was towed into Audi Eastrand after me waiting nearly one hour 5 from the aspect of the street within the early hours of Friday morning, for me personally to now be informed on the Friday morning they have to wait to get a fresh clutch from Indonesia on Friday (over per week later) plus they don't have financing automobile to I would like to have while I wait. I thought I had been purchasing quality and excellent after-sales support and that's why I desided on Audi this past year. Provided the gas pump problem and today needing to watch for a clutch, (I ASK YOU, A CLUTCH???) and the unwillingness to provide me financing automobile, I am unfortunately I possess and Audi!!!
