Was thinking about investing in a vehicle from Tokai Multifranchise. Visited begin to see the vehicle on the Wednesday & closed the present to buy instantly. Talked for their 'company director' Chantel who completed fund software, etc... Long story short, I got greater fund myself, therefore went with mine. That is once the difficulty began, from the woodwork arrived a shipping charge R 3249, which i was not advised of, chose to spend money & not fund & I am still awaiting the bill. Was essentially told the Friday that I've until Sitting to tell them basically need the vehicle or not, despite the fact that I Would closed OTP. Waited 4 times to obtain bill towards the lender & extra 3 to really obtain the vehicle, which hadnot been authorized in my own name however. Still awaiting registration documents. Based on MF the shipping charge is for roadworthy, administrator, petrol, etc, but I just got half of a container of petrol? Required the bill for shipping charge numerous occasions, however no pleasure. They simply don't have any customer support etiquette AT-ALL. I'd to threaten to stop the offer to be able to get a towards the lender. Have all mail communication to evidence that they are slack & aren't truthful.
