The TOUGHEST bodyshop I've actually visited.

Since they got purchased by Pohanka there function hasbeen storage. They're still holding for their status to obtain very first time clients

. I had a need to possess some vandalism damage repaired. They not just required per week to obtain me the estimation, but I invest 3 times returning and forth with Tommy Buchard - who incidentally directs EACH AND EVERY MAIL IN ALLCAPS - by what function I do want to have completed. Then when I inform him that I want my vehicle back for that long-weekend he moves "what? This Friday? But we have already began focusing on the vehicle." WTH?! I never offered you authorization to focus on the vehicle.

Total fake. When I contact them on it-they begin saying how falling the vehicle down is permission. They'dnot I'd like to fall the vehicle off there easily did not signal the waiver. Phony.

And So I visit choose my vehicle on Friday and BAM Tommy informs me that I owe them $1,300 for body-work. Body-work that I never actually requested for - total BS. But obviously they wont launch my vehicle until I spend them entirely. And so Iam caught spending the BS bill therefore I - can get my vehicle back.

The very best part is the fact that within the period they were performing all of this "body-work" they were able to mud down a low-broken fender cell and obtain primer overspray throughout my rear screen. And you know what? That fender they sanded down - not included in insurance. And so I am caught spending to repair an error they created while performing body-work that used to donot need.

Today I am caught spending of wallet for another store to repair the things they screwed-up.
