The bike was shipped our coast to florida, with a disconcted odometer, and the title didnt match the title in wisconcin dmv department, also he didnt transfer his name to the title before sale it and didnt disclose that it is a salvage bike, those all are fraudulent acts and felonies under the lows of every state in the USA.
