Alec Vujovich Title Jumping Salvage Seller "Curbstoner" Fraud Stillwate

Alec and Bill conspired to seel a 2007 Harley Davidson Road King that was known to be in a bad wreck as a "Under Manufacturer's Warranty" vehicle. They did not report the previously kown Salvage Title from South Carolina as they had "washed" the title here in MN. Alec was the selling party and represented the bike as his to sell but when deal was consumated and check was made out to him I had to fight for over two weeks to get a title. Then the title he brought me was from William Heitmann. The bike broke down the day that I got the title and it went to the Harley Dealer for warranted repairs which were not covered as the "Manaufacturer's Warranty" was voided by the "wrecked" status.

When confronted with the facts and details Alec refused any refund or monies paid and even in fact tried to get me to participate in "selling" the bike on Craigslist and then giving me the money. I offered to accept my money back for the bike and the repair costs that I had to pay out of pocket but they refused my offer. Now it's time for the State Dept of Revenue and the IRS to know that these two people sell items on the side and do not report their profits as income. Heitmann has as many as 15 vehicle registered to him at one time according to MN DOT records.

Do not deal with either of these men - they have no integrity.
