Made bad repairs, lied and wrecked my car in their shop, without telling me - POLICE REPORT

I took my car, a CHECK FOR $800.00, from the Insurance Company of the Driver that hit me inthe rear, to R&H with an Estimate from Hyundai as to the repairs necessary to make my car as it was before it was hit. Everyone seemed friendly and new what was to be done.

When I returned to pick up my car, i noticed it was scratched. I pointed this out to the body person. He agreed it was damaged and to return the following friday to repair it.

When I returned on friday, the body man wasn't there as agreed. A new person was at the shop and seemed unfriendly. Afte a short wait, aperson appperared and asked me for my keys. Around 2o minutes he returned with my car. PAINT DAMAGE CANNOT BE REPAIRED THAT FAST, then when I inspected my car, I found R&H only put paint on the scratch, NO REPAIR, and now, My Right Rear Taillight was broken, but the broke piece was glued on crooked. I complained, and both lied and said theyh didn't do it. I called the Mission Tx POLICE, filed a complaint.

The 2 people, r&h, said" well if you sue it will take years to collect

A couple days later I was washing my car, the parking light fell out. I went tothe Hyundai Dealer, for a warranty repair. Hyundai found the front had been wrecked inthe shop, and R&H had tried to glue the Parking light on, again SHODDY work in even a BAD REPAIR.
