Body shop cant buff not alone paint

Around the 15th of August my truck was backed in to at a parking lot. I took my truck to Jenkins and Wynne Body Shop for repair on the 18th of August. The first time they painted it they didn't wash it and clear coated dirt on the paint along with a very noticeable line in the two tone mating surface over a week period.
They said they will fix it. So a week later I went to pick it up to find swirl marks down the side of the freshly painted truck from someone who apparently did not know how to buff, the bed cap cracked, frame had clear coat on it, spare tire had over spray and rim had over spray. Overall the first paint job was better than the second.
Spoke with Mr. Fine and showed him everything. He said they can fix it. I explained how they have had it for two tries over two weeks and I'm taking it to anther body shop.
Contacted the insurance company to have a claims rep inspect the vehicle so that they can see what they are paying for. He agreed it need to be repaired.in the process of finding a Body Shop to fix what Jenkins and Wynne made worse I was told by several they do NOT want to touch it.
A body shop in Clarksville took the task of correcting what it took JW two weeks to mess up. Keep in mind a major insurance company inspected and paid for the repairs made by Jenkins and Wynne and the corrective action to fix what Jenkins and Wynne did. So the repair was bad enough they said take it somewhere else. The other body shop could not remove the over spray from the rim so they had to replace the several hundred dollar rim that was painted in ignorance by Jenkins and Wynne's body shop.
I once again contacted Mr Batman and received the response saying he does not know why.
I would recommend a trying rattle can of spray paint yourself before you let Jenkins and Wynne paint anything.
