Destroyed Car by Running Without Oil

I pulled into Walmart in Octoberfor an oil change. A short graying swarthywoman came to greet me, claiming to be the supervisor. She took my car as I walked my dogs. She pulled to the front and they began my oil change assisted by a short stocky gray but swarthy man. I caught them running the engine with no oil or filter. I complained, they told me it was an accident and everything was alright. I paid and left, my engine is ruined. They refuse to do anything. I am poor and can't currently replace my car, nor can I afford to hire and attorney. I'm screwed and it appears that there is nothing I can do about it.
