I was verY interested when I read you report, I have complained to the car dealership where I purchased the car, I have contacted Auto Nation Financial Services, and Auto Nation Corporate office, and the only thing I was told was, we want your payment.

I purchased a 94 Acura Legend from them originally, had so many problems I told them they need to do something, and they where tired of me, then I switched out into an Infiniti 95, which I have now, originally I put $2,000 down, then they told me they had to have an additional $1,000 to switch me out, I really did not have it so I borrowed it. They sold me the car @ $19,000, told me they where knocking the price down, asked about any damage, and things of that nature to the car, because I emphasized to them the Acura was my first used car, and now I'm trading this one in, and I am trusting that you will give me the info, I need to know.

I was told by the salesman that it is in great condition, never had any problems etc. The Blue Book Value was $22,000, everything that they told me was a complete lie. I paid a total of $3,000 down $454.66, a month besides insurance, and this was suppose to be with a warranty, the second month that I had the car, everything that could have went wrong did, and of course, I am stuck paying for a warranty, and nothing is covered.

I am told the blue book is about $6,000 dollars, and I purchased the car, in August, 99, I have had so many out of pocket expenses with this car it is unbelievable, and the only thing that I can hear, when I complain, is that we want our car note money, no one cares, this car has caused me, and still is so much trouble.

I do not see how Dan Marino can get on tv, and lie about how great this co. Is, best cars, best prices, all of that is BS, AND FALSE ADVERTISEMET. I can't begin to tell you what a nightmare this car is, and has been. I want out, and no one seems to care. I GUESS I'M JUST ANOTHER SUCKER TO THEM!
