USPS - Very Poor Service - DO NOT USE THEM

This is what happend to me -

On Nov 25, I send a pakage urgently to Edmonton, canada and paid $50.00 for Express "Guranteed" delivery.

On Nov 27 at 1:03 PM the packgae delivered to the post station in Edmonton, but FAILED to deliver it to the rcipient in the complex building.

Even though, they had phone number, They did not bother to call them, or drop a note in building and ask them to come and pickup the package. So, the package left in the station in Edmonton, Canada, and did not delivered at all.

When, I called to resolve the issue, they made an unreasonable statment and said that, "the building was locked".

This is apartment complex building with many apartments.

DO NOT USE USPS Express Mail service, if you need Gurantee of delivery.
