The worst rental company in Edmonton

I live in the west Edmonton Village in 69 ave.in the high-rise building.
The are ask $1160 for 1br with 2 parking spot. The are shut down the water with out notice every months for couple days with no reason. "emergency shut down". The hot water same thing. Couple days a months!!! When you phone the costumer service the are telling you: "oh we send a ready somebody to fix it" Bullshit! Nobody in the building to fix anything! Whats the way the company save money on you! Calculate... If the are shot down the hot water 2-3 times a months, how much the company save each time. I have a kids and the are like to take a bath every day.
Don't ever rent in this shite place apartment!!! I move at soon i can!!
