I should have checked customer reviews before using USPS (so called) Express International delivery service - it definately sucks!
I was promised delivery in 3-5 business days but its been more than 15 days now and package hasn't been delivered yet. After I repeatedly called (scripted) customer service desk, i was told that my package is lost and I can submit claim that will be processed within 30 days!!!
I have sent gift to my kid for a very special occasion by paying more (Express Service) but landed up being very frustrated

Will neither use USPS ever in my life nor recommend it to anyone
