False Claims and vehicle sabotage

Went in for a quick maintenance job, and I was told that multiple things were wrong with the car.

One of these "problems" was repaired just a few months ago at the dealership, and with no proof provided by Big-O, I'm left to assume these mechanics either sabotaged my vehicle or are trying to scheme me out of my money.

The other problem they stated was a simple swap of a suspension part. And of course, they thought I didn't know anything about cars, which is probably why they were trying to charge me 10 times what the parts really cost and told me it would take 10 hours to fix... Try 25 bucks and 20 minutes per side, prick.

Do not trust the tall bald salesman in front.
