At 10am plus in the morning, i called Express Car Rental to ask an enquiry knowing its Monday morning and everyone is feeling the blues. I called once and no one picked up. Called twice and a lady answered, "Hi, Express Car Rental. How can i help you?". I said "i would like to enquiry if do you accept a person just passed his driving licence" (p-plate)? She answered "How old is he?" and i said 20yrs. She responded "sorry we don't accept any 20yrs and HANG UP THE PHONE!!! I have been renting there for many years and this is the first time i have a conversation like that. Very dissapointed with the customer service and lack of phone ettiquette.
