Bell Express Vu
Overcharge on my bill

On March 17, my bell express bill had a charge of $10 for a rental receiver which I have never had. I noticed the overcharge in July, and contacted Bell Express Vu. The person I talked to told me that she would give me a $20 credit for my inconvenience, and that the bill would be credited for the $10 overcharge from March to August. It did not happen. I have been calling Bell Express Vu, and they agree that the rental went to another address and under another name, (i.E. 54 Collingwood St. Greyhighlands), and my address for the past 38 year has been R.R. 4 Markdale, Ontario. I gave them my credit card no. So they were assured that a $50 surcharge was not on my bill, and it had not been on my credit cards, because they told me that with a rental there would be a $50 charge either on the bill or a credit card. Even though everyone I have talked to agrees that it should not be on my bill, they still refuse to remove the charge and credit my account with the $90 plus interest and taxes. My bell express view account / is 179473064. They also tell me there is no other person to talk to to try and rectify this injustice, and when I asked how anyone could use my account since I live alone and only Bell Express Vu and I know my pin number, except if they gave out my pin number, and they acknowledged today that that could happen—so what is the purpose of a pin number. Please help me correct this injustice, and get my money back.
