Recon Classic Car Bodies And Performance Beware of Fraudulent and Deceptive intensions when dealing with this company! Do not trust!

I paid this company to convert a 1968 Mustang Coupe into a 1968 Fastback. My initial intension was to purchase this 'shell' transformation only but then I added a few more items, i.E., Front and Rear Suspensions, 9" Rear End, Tilt Steering Column, and a Side Mounted Fuel Door. While I was negotiating these additions, I was urged to add a Motor, Wheels, Tires, everything up to letting this company build me a whole car! I declined these other additions but hinted that I was thinking of doing a Convertible in the future. This transaction began in August.
It is now December and the only thing I have received is a bunch of excuses! Everytime I call and inquire about the car I am given excuses about parts delays or worklog backups, etc. Everytime I call and ask to speak with the owner, Raymond Carmody, he is never around. The current salesman, Bobby Morris, has even blamed past employees and claims to be diligently working on fixing their mistakes. The last time I called was early October. I asked for the owner and was told he was not available. I then asked about the status of my Fastback. Bobby put me on hold and when he came back he didn't say anything about my Fastback. He started trying to pawn off a 1965 Convertible instead. He continually ranted on about how this car was going to be featured in the November issue of Car Craft magazine. Since this Convertible 'shell' was supposedly ready to go. I accepted because I was now feeling suspicious about the Fastback and just wanted a vehicle. Now when I call about the Convertible I still get nothing but excuses. I consulted with an Attorney and it was at then that I was pointed to Drake Customs Fraudulent practices.
