Worst company in history (they will bait and switch you) do not use

This company SUCKS. I booked with them in Aug and my move was for Dec.in Aug I pd my deposit of $250 we are moving two vehicles. I have sent emails and phone calls just making sure everything would go as planned.in Oct I called two cancel with the comany. However, William Andrew assured me everything will be ok we will have you cars picked up on time we are a 4 star company. And I agreed since I already gave him my deposit I would stay. The week before my pick I email him making sure my price and my pick up would happen. Again he said yes everything would be ok we will call you 24-48 hrs before pick up. However, I never recieved a call from him, but I got calls from other companys who could see my car on the board. Saying looks like we have you here for 1,100 and you not getting picked up. So now Im pissed not only did he not call me 24-48hr before he raised my price (bait and switch). I called William and said you need to tell me whats going on because someone just told me you raised my rate. William says there lying to you dont listen to them. However, I recieved a few calls from a few different companys saying we see your on the board as more an more calls came in I found out this man William raised me up to 1,700 dollars. Not only did that 24-48hr call never happen but he raised my rate.By Dec 4 (saturday morning yesturday at 8:54) I was fed up I emailed him telling him to cancel my order I found another company. All of a sudden he calls Lisa dont cancel I might have something for you but I can get in touch with the company BS he said that all week. Then I called my new company around 11:45 and he said he still saw me on the board and I tell him I cancel. What I did was called William and my comapny on three way so he could hear how Im being treated. He was yelling saying that company is lying to you they dont have a driver (well hell neither did Willaim but little did he no my new company had there own trucks) my new company tried to tell Willaim to cancel he was yelling saying your lying and alot other words. It was ridicoulous. I have cancel my order with them finally and will be pursing a law suit against them. Because I guess they didnt know that the Bait and Switch is illegal. I hate this company.
