We went to take advantage of the 0 down 0% financing. Told my husband he had a low score and ran my credit which was better and told us we could not buy or lease the car. We just bought our house and have excellent credit. We were furious and left, my husband called them back and told them they were con artist. He asked why they did not offer it to me alone since my credit excelled his, they continued to bs him. They called us the next day to work out a deal, reluctantly we went back. They walked us through the whole process on leasing the car, now 10 days later, we still do not who is financing us. Toyota claims no one has processed any paperwork for us, no one is answering our phone calls. The GM states he has 5 days grace period to work on the loan. That is not what our contract said. He even tried to pick a fight with my husband over the phone. We feel all this is happening is because my husband called them and gave them a ear full, they would give us a car, not finance us and ask us for the car back 10 days later. We are now just waiting for someone to call us back (which never has happened since the first day) and say come over so we could work it out. These people are unprofessional and have no customer service. We have been lied too and cheated, no one cares. It is like a rental car, anyone want to go to Vegas?
