United Freight of America, Corp. Scam auto transport company. DO NOT HIRE AS A BROKER OR WORK FOR THEM! A report done by a disgruntled employee

Both employees and customers of Allegiance Auto Shipping have been scammed by this company.in the beginning of this year, they opened another company, United Freight of America, in order to hide from their F rating on the Better Business Bureau.

This company has a history of taking customers' money, not provide the service and then refusing to refund them. They also refuse to pay ex-workers the money that is due to them once the worker quits or is fired.

Don't believe the majority of the positive reviews on the internet for these two companies. Over 90% of them are fake.

Do not work for this company. They wrongfully classify their workers as 1099 (independent contractors) - when they are really treated like regular W9 employees. They do this so they can save money by not reporting them as employees.

This is bad business and I would definitely stay away from hiring them as a broker and / or working for them.
