Deceptive billing and very unprofessional, Cheat workers and always trying to cheat them as well

As a worker of Espresso Partners, the company bills customers for emergency repairs even though employees are available and just sitting around m-f expands work times the employees are supposedly at the work site. The tech support does not answer calls from the reps in the field to further the expense of the customers. This practice happens repeatedly. If an employee does the operation faster than they deem appropriate they fire the worker and hire an inexperienced worker with little training to add to their bottom line. They have an employee that is very slow and inexperienced but they only pay him 13k/yr. That is less than min wage but they do not care because his slowness again adds to their billing time. They do not have an employee who is unrelated to the family currently working with more than 1 year senority. They never pay them the money owed to the workers in a timely manner. Always some excuse, The point is, they are a very unorganized and unethical company. They have very, very few repeat customers because of this practice and their other billing colection practices. Names and contacts and dates can be provided for supported evidence.
Do not do business with this company unless you have money to throw away and the patience to put up with a guy screaming at your workers for his money for a job that wasn't even billed yet.
