Koons Tyson's Toyota

In July I, in good faith enetered into a lease agreement w/Koon's Tyson's Toyota for a 4Runner. This agreement was predicated on the fact/promise (documented in writing) that Koon's could install a JBL 6 disc in dash CD player in my new vehicle.

They initially held on to the vehicle for the first week, w/the understanding that the CD would be installed during that time. During this first week Koon's had the vehicle titled. Had I known that they could not install the CD player I would have backed out of the deal. Delays ensued due to wrong parts being ordered, and I eventually took possesion of the vehicle.

After four separate trips to Koon's they have informed me that they are unable to install the CD player as promised. My response was, "well, then take the vehicle back". Koon's claims they cannot take the truck back because it has already been titled. My arguement to that is, in 4 years when the lease matures and I surrender the vehicle it is still titled, how does Koon's undue titling the vehicle four years from now as opposed to doing it next week?

Koon's wants to hold the customer accountable for all the terms of the contract, however, it appears that they can manipulate the agreement as they see fit to suit their needs w/o any consequences. Five months into my lease I am giving Koon's one last opportunity to resolve this matter as agreed.

Anyone who has experienced a similar problem, or who may have some advice on how to proceed with this problem is encouraged to comment.
