Flower - bloomes is awful!

Terrible customer service. Delivery not on time. Trying to contact a customer rep. Is impossible! You get transferred all over the place. My recommendation: stick with an american company - local. Also, as far as information being computerized, not! I asked when i finally got a person after 5 tries, and she informed me that when the drivers return to home base, they will turn in their hand written roster, so one will not know if their delivery was made until the next day. Never again. Will stick with proflowers!!!
