Service agreement cancellation/incorrect registration

I bought my toyota rav4 at sunrise toyota in oakdale nyo march 12. I had been told that i possibly could cancel my car service agreement easily preferred throughout the purchase.

I completed a cancellation request at dealer in mgr workplace on november 11 i've backup. Nothing happens. No activity

I visited dmv to include my partner to reg, and discover they listed the vehicle like a 4-cyl, when it's a-6 cyl, i advised toyota dealer on aug11 210. Nothing happens. No activity. Just they can change it out.
