Does not honor their warrenty scam

This company is a scam. They do not honor their warranties that come with the bikes. I took my bike in for a part that I needed and they did not honor the warranty where the part would be covered and paid for by the warranty.instead they kept my bike and never called me at all to give me an update. Eventually I had to take it to another place and have someone else fix it. Their service department puts you on hold for ever and never come back to the phone. Alex in the service department does not know what he is doing and this other guy named Luis that they just fired kept giving me the run around... They never fixed my bike and never honored the bike warranty, so beware of this place as you will get the run around by their service department.
