For almost any and all looking to purchase tires produced by Cooper, consumer beware! The guarantee division at Cooper Tire and Rubber Organization is just a laugh and perhaps a scam. On August 17th, a Cooper Lifeliner GLS tire produced a substantial automobile draw after getting used for only 5,703 miles. The tires were mounted fresh on the 1998 Ford Taurus in a local dealer. The tire draw was confirmed and identified in the adding dealer and a completely independent tire store. A brand new tire needed to be bought FIRST, then your faulty tire submitted to get a guarantee state. I had been informed four to six months may be the regular guarantee time to approach a state. Well, it's today Nov 23rd (over 3 months!), and never a term from Cooper Wheels, and you will find additional statements which were posted before my tire disappointment that also provide not been prepared. I've never been handled thus badly with a tire organization, as well as for decades I've been faithful to Cooper wheels, but to any extent further I'll NEVER, ACTUALLY purchase a Cooper tire again.
