I purchased an automobile from Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville, FL with 1300.00 along. Three months after I've the vehicle the dealer calls me and informs me the financial institution delivered the agreement back simply because they couldn't confirm house telephone support. I told them I've a mobile phone I take advantage of for both house and function. They inform me I have to obtain a house telephone, to contact AT&T to obtain one. I said no. I've a telephone. They assured me it'd be managed plus they resubmitted the agreement towards the lender. Ditto happened again using the lender seeking me to truly have a house telephone. Ultimately the dealer required the vehicle back and held my 1300.00 deposit stating these were getting me for usage and also to depth the vehicle so that they might market it once more. Good method to grab from the simple father attempting to look after his children! Today I've no transportation and out my cash!
