Legend Limousine was horrible!

F minus all the way. They are nasty people, worst costumer service I have ever experienced.

My pick up times were wrong; 11am for groom, 11:15 for me, 11:30 ceremony, was what we agreed on. We went over this I can't tell you how many times, not to mention, they claimed I never gave them a deposit (how can I book without one?) Anyway, when Derek realized they were late, he called them, learned about the mix up, told the company to forget him and go get me, and Derek's dad ended up driving DH to the church.

They do not take any responsibility for anything. They have no proper filing system, and there driver called me the wrong name 6 times. He also almost got into an accident, my Aunt following us said he was all over the road and my bridal party was scared to drink anything for fear of something spilling. Someone, in that office, input the wrong times into the computer and no one wants to admit it. They are all LIARS and SCAMMERS.

I was late to the church, I missed my cocktail hour. They are a nightmare.

When Derek and I called to reason with them, Greg the "reservations manager" according to there site, denied everything, and Bobby called me an idiot, causing me to fly off the handle. Never in my life, NEVER in my life have I had such disrespect. They ruined my morning, and they are down right nasty people.
