Not honoring the first estimate changing there fees

I contacted Natonwide to get an estimate for moving my goods from Desert Hot Spring, Ca. To Roseburg, Or.

I was given an estimate from them of $1499 for the list of my items, When the mover arrived at my house, he had a contract for me sign that had an estimate of $4500-$5000. He stated he would not move any of my items before I signed his contract. When I refused he then left. I was charged $589 on my credit card. This company is a rip-off company. I really believe their intent is to suck you into buying the lowest bid on the internet then get you to sign their estimate, Then when you find out the real cost is higher than any other moving company and 300% higher than their orginal estimate, then you refuse to sign their contract they keep your deposit. Mine $589.
