Storage disappointed - unclear, misleading, poor esimate

I used USA Express Moving for a long distance move recently. I would not recommend this company as they are unclear and charged me more money than I agreed to in my contract.

I was extremely specific about getting a binding estimate including all moving costs and packing of materials. The "on-site estimate" person did not give me a full estimate and the company didn't include packing which ended up being several hundred dollars extra. They company refused to admit its mistake though I had several emails, verbal correspondance, and had written into the contract that everything would be included in the estimate. The people who did the estimate and contract then basically stopped helping me or take any responsibility once I had given them the deposit.

I am very disappointed with this company and the fact they were misleading and unclear and charged me extra than I agreed to.

They are dishonest and overcharged me. There is a reason why they have a mediocre rating with the BBB. DON"T GO WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANNA PAY an extra 20% on your estimate... As I did.
