Still Waiting

I made a purchase for online cigarettes on August 30. I have gotten nothing but the run around from Naparex. How can they still be in business if they can't even deliver a simple package. They do nothing but lie. On one email I was told that they don't even have a tracking module. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY ARE YOU? I keep getting different dates as to when I will get my package, but nothing yet. I will never purchase from any company that deals with Naparex. Someone needs to take hold of this situation.
