Charging for work that was not needed

Loud noise under hood. Two mechanics looked at it, said its the idler pulley. So they replaced it. Noise is still there. Was NOT the idler pulley. Charged me $97. They played it off saying the pulley had play in it and was bad... Funny, it was working fine... No problems at all!

Did they offer to not charge and put the old one back on? No. Of course not

I emailed the company... No reply. So much for customer service.

Dont go here, pick another repair shop.
