Idler Pulley $429.00 - idler pulley replacemant

I have a complaint: I was told I had such an old car '86 Toyota that no aftermarket parts were stocked for a replacement of a idler pulley. At the time the part was presented to me as a "kit' to replace the pulley and broken shaft. The part was then supposedly ordered from Toyota dealer. I agreed over the phone to go ahead with the kit replacement, thinking that at least I'd have new pulleys. Got to shop found that they'd replaced one idler pulley and that the part was $429.00 plus $50.00 for labor. I am now checking out there story about the part but already feel victimized as I found the part online brand new for $40.00! I realize there are mark ups but at this rate the mark up is more than ten times the aftermarket price. Yes, I was gulble and worse I went ahead and paid them which I never should have done. I don't know if this could be addressed in a small claims court but feel I must do something.
