Out of extreme desperation I obtained a loan at Cash 2U Financial Services of Virginia. First of all they required that I turn over the title to my vehicle for security of the loan, they didn't even give me close to what the value of the vehicle is (or was at the time). They charge 300% interest and the very day that the payments were due they would start calling to harrass me about getting the payment to them. I am fully aware of when my bills are due and had every intention of paying it without needing a reminder. Then they would also call my palce of employment and harrass my supervisor about my personal business. That is extremely out of line and very unprofessional.

So upon the due date of my October payment they called and I replied via text for I was unable to talk on my phone at the time. I let them know that I was out of town and would make the payment as soon as I got back in town and with that I was planning to pay the entire amount off at that time. The evening of the very day that I got back on town a tow truck was in my driveway re-possing my vehcile. The payment wasn't even 20 days late AND I had made arrangements for the payment to be made once I was back in town and able to take it to the location.

Cash 2 U Financial Services of Virginia is such HUGE rip off place as I'm sure the others are as well. The intention of them is to HELP the people that don't have the luxury and credit of being able to obtain loans from banks or credit unions but instead they completely take advantage of them and put people even more behind by forcing them to pay outrageous interested rates and make it near impossibel for people to get caught up.

These companies need to be stopped and immediately for they are not helping the economy in any way.
